jijiwin Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the jijiwin website at jijiwin.club, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any application interfaces provided by jijiwin.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the jijiwin Platform, including all associated profile data, balance, transaction history, and bonus credits.
• "Player Funds" means any real-money balance deposited by a player into their jijiwin Account, net of withdrawals and wagers.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded by jijiwin through promotional offers, welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, or other incentive programmes. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction from which access to jijiwin is restricted by applicable law or jijiwin's internal policy.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software developer whose games are offered on the jijiwin Platform, including but not limited to JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Netent.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using the jijiwin Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, wagering, or withdrawing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with jijiwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 These Terms shall apply to all current and future use of the jijiwin Platform. jijiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 If you are accessing jijiwin on behalf of a corporate entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. Use of the jijiwin Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR's licensing conditions and by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. jijiwin employs age verification checks at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.

3.2 Jurisdiction. Players must ensure that online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify local legal requirements before registering on jijiwin. jijiwin does not accept registrations from Prohibited Jurisdictions.

3.3 Registration Information. All information provided during jijiwin registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Players must promptly update any changes to their registered information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 One Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) jijiwin Account. The creation of additional accounts — whether in the same name, a different name, or through a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jijiwin login credentials. jijiwin will never ask for a player's password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity occurring under a player's Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by that player.

4.2 Compromise Notification. If a player suspects unauthorised access to their jijiwin Account, they must notify jijiwin Support immediately via live chat or by email to the address listed on the Platform. jijiwin will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the Account pending resolution.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC). jijiwin is legally required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driver's licence); (b) proof of address dated within three months; and (c) where applicable, source of funds documentation. jijiwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4.4 Account Currency. All jijiwin Accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jijiwin does not operate accounts in foreign currencies. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jijiwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. jijiwin does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method and may add or remove payment options at its discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at jijiwin is PHP 100. jijiwin does not charge deposit fees; however, players should verify whether their payment service provider imposes transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed after completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are: (a) e-wallets (GCash, Maya): within 30 minutes during business hours; (b) bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank): 1–3 business days; (c) other methods: as specified at the cashier. jijiwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds under anti-money laundering regulations.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. jijiwin complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and its implementing regulations. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. jijiwin may file Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.

5.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. jijiwin may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the Platform's current fee schedule, provided that the Player Funds balance does not fall below zero. jijiwin will notify the registered email address before initiating dormancy fees.

6 Games & Betting Rules

6.1 Game Availability. jijiwin offers a range of games including online slots, live dealer table games, sports betting, bingo, and instant games. Game availability may vary and jijiwin reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw games at any time without notice.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game on the jijiwin Platform has individual rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game-specific rules before wagering. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail for matters within their scope.

6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server errors, disconnections, or software failures — jijiwin will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager for the affected round may be returned to the player's account at jijiwin's discretion. jijiwin shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the jijiwin Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be adjusted without notice.

6.5 Void Bets. A bet placed on jijiwin may be declared void if: (a) it was placed in error due to a manifest pricing error; (b) the event or game outcome was determined by means that violate applicable rules; (c) the bet breaches these Terms or specific game rules. Voided bets are returned to the player's balance.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by jijiwin are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, game eligibility restrictions, and minimum qualifying deposit amounts as specified in the applicable promotion's terms. Players must read and accept the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering contributions may vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live table games may contribute a reduced percentage as specified per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. jijiwin reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or close accounts where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: (a) registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; (b) coordinated wagering with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially; (c) making deposits solely to claim a bonus without genuine gaming intent; (d) using prohibited software or strategies to exploit promotional terms.

7.4 Right to Modify. jijiwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated mid-campaign, jijiwin will endeavour to provide reasonable notice and will honour wagering progress already accumulated under the promotion's terms.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 Players must not engage in any of the following conduct on the jijiwin Platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform without jijiwin's express written consent;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the jijiwin Platform or its game software;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Providing false or misleading information to jijiwin or to PAGCOR;
• Registering an account in a name other than your own legal name;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your jijiwin Account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jijiwin staff or other players;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform.

8.2 jijiwin reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities — upon detection of any prohibited conduct.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 jijiwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jijiwin players through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount that can be deposited into your jijiwin Account;
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount that can be lost within a defined period;
• Session Duration Alerts: Notifications after a defined period of continuous play;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying the duration of your current session and net wager activity;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary exclusion from the jijiwin Platform for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.2 21+ Policy. jijiwin does not permit access to, or use of, the Platform by any individual under the age of 21. This is a strict and non-negotiable condition of jijiwin's PAGCOR license. If you are aware of a minor attempting to use the jijiwin Platform, please report this to jijiwin Support immediately.

9.3 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance. jijiwin provides responsible gaming information on its dedicated Responsible Gaming page and recommends contacting the PAGCOR Responsible Gaming helpline for professional support.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the jijiwin Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, game assets, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of jijiwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jijiwin Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property is granted to players.

10.3 Players must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jijiwin content without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijiwin's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Player Funds held in the player's Account at the time the claim arises.

11.2 jijiwin shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill; (c) interruptions to the Platform caused by events beyond jijiwin's reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jijiwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.

11.4 Gambling involves risk. By participating in any game on the jijiwin Platform, players acknowledge that they may lose funds wagered. jijiwin makes no representations or warranties regarding the likelihood of winning in any game.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 By jijiwin. jijiwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) the player has breached these Terms; (b) jijiwin is required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law; (c) the player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (d) the Account poses a money laundering or fraud risk; (e) the player has provided false KYC information.

12.2 By the Player. Players may close their jijiwin Account at any time by contacting jijiwin Support. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be addressed. Players may request withdrawal of all remaining Player Funds, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, the player's right to access the jijiwin Platform ceases immediately. Player Funds will be returned subject to KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 jijiwin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

13.2 By registering on jijiwin, players consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data sharing with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

13.3 Players may exercise their rights under the Data Privacy Act — including the right to access, correct, or erase personal data — by submitting a written request to jijiwin's Data Protection Officer via the contact information provided on the Platform.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 jijiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on their Account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

14.2 The updated Terms will be published on the jijiwin Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If a player does not agree with an amendment, they may close their Account prior to the amendment's effective date in accordance with Section 12.2.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. Players with a complaint or dispute should contact jijiwin Customer Support in the first instance. jijiwin commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days.

15.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through jijiwin's internal process, players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels. jijiwin will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or arbitration.

15.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
